Melvin
"Matt" Matthews
A
veteran of the early oil field boom in Texas, Arkansa and
Louisiana. Mr Matthews has been witness to the oil industry
since its days of wooden derricks and steam powered rigs.
A former employee of the Humble Oil Company (Exxon) and Baker
Oil Tools, he settled down in New Iberia to start his company,
to which he still has an active part of today at the age of
90. With over 70 years experience in the oil field under his
belt, Matt Matthews is a man who has seen and done things
that most of us have only read about. |

Terry Mosley
Starting out in the oil fields in the mid 70's as a rough neck,
derrick hand, and eventually a driller. He then went into service
work for many years running squeeze tools, gravel packs &
completions. Today, Terry holds the fort together as the operations
manager at M&M. He brings many years of service to the job
and does what it takes to make certain that all of M&M's
customers are taken care of. |

Lila Mosley
Lila has been with M&M for several years now and she's
that friendly voice you hear when calling M&M. Like Terry,
she also holds down the fort and keeps everyone in line. Lila
has a background in accounting and in sales. She's the frontline
in customer care and is ready to help you.

Jack Derouen
Jack has been with M&M for several years also. His past
shop experience and eagerness to learn, Jack has been a true
asset to the company. He sees to it that every piece equipment
leaving M&M's shop meets our high standards. He is also
a Level II inspector.

Randy Hollier
Randy heads up our CNC department with over 26 years of experience
as a machinist. He takes pride in his work and is ready to
pass on his knowledge and help other machinists with any questions
or problems that may occur. Randy is also an excellent program
writer for all of our CNC equipment.

Jody Domingue
Jody has 10 years experience as CNC machinist and program
writer. Like Randy, he take great pride in his work and is
always ready for some new and challenging machine work.

Gordy Romero
Gordy heads up our manual machine shop with 28 years experience
as a machinist. He started out with M&M as a shop hand
in 1975 and began training as a machinist a year later. From
fabrication to repairs, Gordy has done it all.

Donald "Bubba" Romero
Donald heads up M&M's fabrication & welding department.
He has had many years experience as an offshore welder and
fabricator. He was trained in the art of laying carbide from
our now retired head welder Huey Quibodeaux.

Bobby Bouton
Bobby is another veteran of the oil field industry in both
construction and production. He handles the assemblies of
newly manufactured equipment as well as repairs of all our
rental equipment.
