Casing Brush Tool Key Features

The spline mandrel design keeps the brush holders and stabilizer rings from rotating freely on the tool.

The brush holders are designed to eliminate the need of any plates, screws or bolts which could work loose, causing costly recovery operations.

The brushes are captured in the holder on a 15 degree vertical angle. This method allows for less fluid restriction than horizontally mounted brushes and also lets the natural flow of the fluid remove debris from the brushes.

The stabilizer rings keep the brush tool centered in the well bore. This method works especially well in high angle well bores where without stabilizers, the brushes wound lay down on the low side and miss the high side.

Simple design. Only one service break on tool.

Tool can be quickly dressed in the field, once the brush holders are removed from the tool, the old brushes slide out of the holder slots and the new brushes slide back in.

Tool is compact, at under 7', this makes for easy handling at the well site and is ideal for side track operations and highly deviated well site, where a longer tool would have trouble passing.

Full open ID thru tool to allow unrestricted flow of fluid.

Tool can be rotated in the well bore for more aggressive cleaning, without the worry of loosing any of its components.
